Patrick graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Boston in 2003 with a degree in Political Science. He then spent several years working in the finance industry where he spent the majority of time working with small to medium sized car dealerships helping them build their business.

In 2006 he attended Massachusetts School of Law and graduated in 2009 with a concentration on Business Law and Litigation.
Patrick moonlights as a football official for the NCAA.
